iP Troubleshooting

If Rooms are smaller than the client window and centered, and the log is huge inside its window.
Like you see in this reduced size screen capture, then you need to change the desktop DPI setting.

Step 1: Right click on a blank area of your windows desktop and select Properties.

This will open the Display Properties window.

Step 2: In the Display Properties window click the Settings tab.

Step 3: In the Display Properties Settings tab click the Advanced button.

Step 4: If you see 120 DPI as the DPI setting then change it to 96 using the drop down arrrow on its right.

Close all open programs as this will cause windows to want to reboot the computer.
Click Save and Ok as needed to close up all the open display properties windows.
After windows restarts your computer you should see everything in iP properly.
